Take a drive through fall colors to hear this versatile sextet perform interrelating classical, contemporary, pop, jazz, and folk compositions. The unique program includes Ennio Morricone’s “Gabriel's Oboe” from The Mission, traditional and pilgrimage songs, and an amazing arrangement of Freddie Mercury’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
The Altura Ensemble musicians are Cármelo de los Santos, violin; Kimberly Fredenburgh, viola; Viktor Uzur, cello; Kevin Vigneau, oboe; Tobias Vigneau, double bass ; and Frank Fredenburgh, piano.
Welcome by Father Julio González, SF, Pastor. Brief introduction on pilgrimage to the Santuario by Frank Graziano.
